Can I change plans anytime?
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade or cancel from your billing settings at any time — changes are prorated automatically on your next invoice.
What happens if I exceed my event limit?
We never stop collecting your data. You'll get a heads-up at 80% usage, and any overage is billed at $5 per additional 10K events.
Do you offer refunds?
Monthly plans can be canceled anytime and stay active until the end of the period. Yearly plans come with a 30-day money-back guarantee.
How is my data secured?
All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). We're SOC 2 Type II certified and run regular third-party penetration tests.
Is there a free trial?
Every paid plan starts with a 14-day free trial of Pro features — no credit card required, cancel in one click.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards, plus PayPal. Annual invoices can also be paid via bank transfer or ACH.
Can I export my data?
