Can I change plans anytime?
Yes — upgrade or downgrade in one click from your billing settings. Changes are prorated automatically, so you only ever pay for what you actually use.
What happens if I exceed my event limit?
Nothing gets dropped. We’ll notify you at 80% of your limit, keep collecting data, and let you add extra event packs or upgrade whenever you’re ready.
Do you offer refunds?
Every paid plan starts with a 14-day free trial. If Metrio isn’t the right fit, contact us within 30 days of your first charge for a full refund — no questions asked.
How is my data secured?
All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). We’re SOC 2 Type II certified and GDPR compliant, with EU data residency available on request.
Is there a free trial?
Yes — Starter, Pro, and Growth all include a 14-day trial with full access to every feature. No credit card required until you decide to upgrade.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards, plus PayPal. Growth and Enterprise customers can also pay by invoice with net-30 terms.
Can I export my data?
Always. Export CSVs from any dashboard, or use scheduled reports and our REST API on Pro and Growth. Your data belongs to you — full stop.
Do you offer onboarding help?
Every plan includes our docs, guides, and live webinars. Pro adds priority support, while Growth and Enterprise include a dedicated success manager.
